A comprehensive optimization and upgrade has been carried out on the mold clamping system. The diameter of the tie bars has been increased and the thickness of the mold plates has been thickened, significantly enhancing the mold clamping rigidity. When injecting PVC products, the strong mold clamping rigidity can ensure that the mold closes tightly, effectively preventing the mold expansion phenomenon caused by the high-pressure injection of the PVC melt and eliminating defects such as burrs and dimensional deviations in the products. At the same time, the optimized mold clamping mechanism operates more smoothly, greatly reducing the vibration and noise of the equipment, prolonging the overall service life of the equipment, and reducing the probability of equipment failures.
