HXM198-PVC: PVC injection molding machine

The HXM198-PVC injection molding machine is equipped with a high-precision temperature control system, which can precisely adjust the temperature of each section of the barrel to ensure that the PVC raw materials are always plasticized within the optimal temperature range. This effectively avoids product quality problems such as bubbles and discoloration caused by temperature fluctuations. The hydraulic system uses high-performance hydraulic components from internationally renowned brands, which have an extremely fast response speed and precise pressure control. During the injection molding process, it can precisely control the injection pressure and speed in strict accordance with the preset parameters, ensuring that the PVC melt is injected into the mold cavity in a stable state, thus producing PVC products with high dimensional accuracy and excellent surface quality.
