HXM850-PVC: PVC injection molding machine

The thermal stability of PVC raw materials is not good, and the melt viscosity is high and it is prone to decomposition. Therefore, precise control of the temperature is the key to the injection molding process. The 850PVC pipe fitting injection molding machine is equipped with an intelligent multi-stage temperature control system, which can precisely set the temperature of the screw barrel according to different stages of injection molding. Through this precise temperature control, it is ensured that the PVC raw materials are always in the best melting state. It can not only prevent the decomposition of the raw materials due to excessive temperature, which generates harmful gases and affects the service life of the equipment and the product quality, but also prevent poor fluidity of the material caused by too low a temperature, resulting in injection molding defects.
