HXZ2400: two plate injection molding machinery series

The 2400T two-platen machine is equipped with a mold positioning device that can be regarded as a paragon of precision. The precision ball screw adopted therein, with its ultra - high manufacturing accuracy and stable transmission performance, can accurately control the error of mold installation and positioning within a very small range. Paired with a high-resolution encoder, it is like equipping the equipment with a pair of "clairvoyant eyes", which can monitor the position status of the mold in real-time and accurately, ensuring the accuracy of mold installation and positioning. At the same time, the advanced injection control system adopts closed-loop control technology to construct a precise feedback adjustment network. It continuously monitors key parameters such as injection volume, injection speed, holding pressure, and time in real-time.
