Conversely, during phases requiring extreme precision, such as pressure holding and metering, the electric system excels with its accurate control capabilities while effectively minimizing energy consumption. Verified in real-world production, this optimization achieves significant energy savings compared to traditional fully hydraulic injection molding machines, substantially reducing operational costs for enterprises.
