The electric system, equipped with high-performance motors, delivers swift and precise power for material injection, ensuring rapid and accurate filling of mold cavities, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Meanwhile, the hydraulic system generates an immense 700-ton clamping force to maintain mold tightness during injection, effectively preventing material overflow. The synergy between these two systems achieves highly efficient power output, surpassing the performance of traditional injection molding machines.
