HXM750-T: HXM optimized edition for painting bucket

Injection molding machine is equipped with a 750kN clamping force system and a large-diameter twin-screw injection unit. Its clamping mechanism utilizes a five-point double-toggle structure, which ensures even distribution of clamping force and effectively prevents mold flash. The screws are made of wear-resistant alloy material and undergo special nitriding treatment, providing excellent plasticizing performance. Compatible with various plastic materials such as PP, PE, and HDPE, the machine improves plasticizing uniformity by over 15%. This guarantees the production of paint buckets free from air bubbles and shrinkage marks, with wall thickness deviation controlled within ±0.2mm, meeting the stringent requirements of chemical packaging for sealing and impact resistance.
