For the next normal use of the injection molding machine, it needs to be sorted out after use, so what should be done specifically?

1. First clean up the remaining materials produced, and then clean the screw of the machine; after cleaning, lower the screw of the injection molding machine to the bottom, and then turn off the power switch.

2. Spray the mold with anti-rust agent, and then remove the mold to avoid affecting the normal use of the machine due to the rust of the mold.

3. Turn off the water pump and fan of the injection molding machine, drain the water in the water tower, and then open the water drain valve to drain the remaining water in the pipeline.

4. Visually check the oil level of the fuel tank. If it does not reach the specified position, add hydraulic oil in time. It is recommended to change the hydraulic oil every three years.

5. Clean the machine of the injection molding machine, blow off the dust on the surface of the machine, and wipe the surface of the sheet metal with gasoline.
