What are the reasons for the wear and damage of the rolling bearings of the injection molding machine?

1. Normal wear of rolling bearings. The wear of rolling bearings under stable and normal working conditions is due to the fact that the alloy steel used in the manufacture of bearings is subjected to extrusion and high-speed running rolling conditions, and the metal surface produces tiny fatigue cracks. These cracks are caused by long-term extrusion. Under the action of the force, it extends again a little bit until the small piece of metal falls off and forms a small pit. With the increase of working time, the number of pits gradually increases, which damages the smooth bearing surface and causes noise from the rotation of the bearing. Increase until it finally fails to work. 2. Rolling bearings are never installed correctly. Rolling bearings have not been installed correctly because there is no axial movement of the rolling bearings, or the rolling bearings and drive shafts after installation are absolutely different, causing the rolling bearings to fail to operate normally and accelerating the wear of the rolling bearings. 3. Poor lubrication conditions when rolling bearings are working. Because of the insufficient supply of lubricating oil for the bearings on the highway, or the lack of lubricating oil for many years, the friction between the parts of the rolling bearings has shortened the working life of the rolling bearings. 4. The lubricating oil for rolling bearings is never clean, mixed with metal powder impurities in the parts of the rolling bearing, which intensifies the wear of the rolling bearing. Damage to the rolling bearing The damage to the rolling bearing in the injection molding machine is mainly due to the fact that the raw material is not plasticized very well because the temperature is low in the west of the barrel; again, it is because the raw material is mixed with hard metal blocks and so on into the barrel. Both of these two conditions can cause the rotating screw to produce a very large resistance. The huge axial force generated by the screw forcing the raw material forward causes the thrust bearing at the rear of the screw to exceed the load capacity limit of the thrust bearing and destroy it. Another reason for bearing damage is that the bearing assembly method is never correct. When assembling the bearing, use a heavy hammer to hit the bearing housing; or when assembling the bearing, use the bearing housing to support the force and the shaft and the bearing are absolutely non-concentric, which forces the press fit. All are prone to rupture of the rolling bearing sleeve. hwaqtester.
