The electric system, equipped with high-performance motors, delivers rapid and accurate power for material injection, ensuring high-speed and precise filling of mold cavities, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Simultaneously, the hydraulic system focuses on generating an exceptional 520-ton clamping force to maintain mold tightness during injection, effectively preventing material leakage. The synergistic operation of both systems achieves highly efficient power output, surpassing the performance of traditional injection molding machines in terms of power dynamics.
