Hydraulic system maintenance: Regularly check the quality of hydraulic oil, replace hydraulic oil every 2000 hours or half a year, keep the oil temperature in the ideal working range of 35-55℃, avoid high temperature causing oil quality deterioration, regularly clean or replace the oil filter, and ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.
Electrical system inspection: Regularly check whether the wiring terminals are loose once a month, especially the line connection of the moving parts, regularly clean the dust of the electric control box, maintain good heat dissipation, back up important parameters, and prevent data loss from affecting production.
