It adopts an innovative single-cylinder injection structure with extremely high concentricity, effectively avoiding deviations during the injection process. The unique oil-free return technology of the hydraulic cylinder ensures that there is no oil leakage during the injection process, which not only reduces the energy consumption of the equipment but also improves the operation stability and reliability of the equipment. The screw assembly is specially designed and made of high-strength and wear-resistant materials, greatly extending its service life. The independent hollow piston rod design effectively prevents the stored materials from rotating, further prolonging the service life of the piston seal and reducing the equipment maintenance cost.
