In the long-term operation process, it is necessary to cool the injection molding machine with cold water. Generally, the cooling methods of the injection molding machine are divided into screw cooling, body cooling, and product cooling. The function of screw cooling is to eliminate frictional overheating, stabilize the extrusion pressure of plastics, promote uniform mixing of plastics, and improve plasticization quality.

No matter which method is selected for cooling, it must be operated properly, otherwise the plastic melt in the barrel will be suddenly cooled, and even serious accidents will occur. The screw cooling cannot be used before extrusion, otherwise it will cause serious equipment accidents.

The function of cooling the equipment body is to improve the heat dissipation of the barrel, because this temperature rise cannot be stopped even after the heating power supply is cut off during the plastic extrusion process, so that the reasonable temperature cannot be maintained for a long time. The barrel is cooled to maintain thermal balance during extrusion. The cooling of the fuselage is carried out in sections, mainly fan cooling, considering that the functions of each section of the fuselage are different.
