How to test poor contact of injection molding machine?

(1) A voltmeter is generally connected to the power inlet board of the control cabinet to observe the voltage during operation. If a certain voltage is low in the west or fluctuates greatly, this item may have a virtual connection.

(2) Use a spot thermometer to test the temperature of each connection, find out the hot spot, polish the contact surface, and tighten the screws.

(3) Use low voltage and high current to test the virtual connection part, disconnect the main power supply, disconnect the power supply entering the control cabinet again, install a set of current generators, and use 10mm2 copper core wires to temporarily overlap both ends of the contact surface , the voltage regulator gradually boosts the voltage, and when the short-circuit current reaches 50A, record the input voltage value. According to the above method, measure each connection once, and record the voltage value of each contact. If the voltage is high, the connection is poor.
