What are the common faults of HXYD hybrid injection molding machine in production and how to deal with them?
1. Hydraulic system failure of HXYD hybrid injection molding machine
Phenomenon: The hydraulic oil temperature exceeds 60℃, and the oil tank or pipeline leaks oil.
Cause: Abnormal cooling system (insufficient water pressure, pipe blockage or poor heat dissipation of cooling tower);
Oil pump wear or high oil viscosity leads to friction heating; high pressure operation time is too long (such as too high clamping pressure setting).
Handling: Clean the cooler, replace the hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity, reduce the system pressure and check the wear of the oil pump.
2. Electrical system failure of HXYD hybrid injection molding machine
Phenomenon: The motor does not start, overheats or the speed is unstable.
Cause: The power supply is missing or the fuse is blown; the servo motor encoder signal is interfered or the driver fails.
Handling: Check the power supply line, replace the fuse or calibrate the servo system parameters.
3. Locking failure of HXYD hybrid injection molding machine
Phenomenon: The mold cannot be closed or opened, accompanied by mechanical jamming sound.
Cause: The safety door is not closed or the limit switch (LS1, LS2) fails; the crank mechanism is stuck due to insufficient lubrication; the hydraulic valve is blocked.
Handling: Check the safety door mechanical insurance, lubricate the crank hinge, and clean the hydraulic valve.
4. Failure of the injection system of HXYD hybrid injection molding machine
Phenomenon: The product is short of material or the injection pressure is abnormally increased.
Cause: The barrel temperature is too low, resulting in poor plastic fluidity; the rubber ring of the screw head is worn and reverse glue leaks.
Handling: Increase the barrel temperature (especially the nozzle section), replace the rubber head or screw assembly.
