The temperature of the vertical injection molding machine is divided into five categories
1: Thermal expansion coefficient Tg
It refers to the temperature at which the amorphous polymer (including the amorphous part of the crystalline polymer) changes from the glass state to the high elastic state or from the former to both. Generally, the random movement of amorphous polymer macromolecular segments is the lowest temperature, so the upper limit of the operating temperature of crafts.
2: Melting temperature Tm
For crystalline polymers, the three-dimensional remote control of the structure of biological macromolecular chains changes from a well-ordered state to a chaotic viscous fluid state, which can also be called the melting point. It is the lower limit of the processing temperature for crystalline polymer molding production.
3: Fluidity temperature Tf
Refers to the temperature at which an amorphous polymer changes from a highly elastic state to a viscous fluid state. It is the lower limit of the granulation temperature of amorphous plastics.
4: Immobile temperature
The maximum temperature at which the fluidity does not occur under the necessary pressure. Add a sufficient amount of plastic to the barrel at the upper end of the capillary rheometer mold mouth, warm it to a certain temperature, and release the constant pressure of 50MPA after 10 minutes. The coefficient of difficulty is 10 degrees, and the constant pressure of the same size is released after 10 minutes of heat insulation, and so on again until the solution has been discharged from the die mouth, and the temperature is reduced by 10 degrees.
5: Dissolution temperature Td
It refers to a viscous fluid state polymer. When the temperature deepens and rises, it will make the molecular structure chain dissolve and increase, which will make the temperature of the polymer molecular structure chain significantly dissolved.
