Explanation of the solution to the problem of injection molding machine clamping part

1. No clamping
Approach:
Check the travel switch in front of the safety door and repair it.
Check the 24V5A power supply in the electric box, replace the fuse and the power box.
Check whether the spool is stuck and clean the spool.
Check whether the I/O board has output and whether the solenoid valve is energized.
Check whether the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and whether the mechanical lock lever baffle is open.
2. Mould opening and closing machine twisting
Approach:
Check whether the lubricating oil pipe is disconnected. If so, the oil pipe must be reconnected.
The amount of lubricating oil is small, so increase the amount of lubricating oil. It is recommended that 50 molds be oiled once or manually add enough lubricating oil.
If the clamping force is large, check whether the mold requires a large clamping force, and lower the clamping force.
The current of the amplifier board is adjusted disorderly, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance criteria, and readjust the current value.
If the parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial indicator to check whether the parallelism of the first two boards is greater than the acceptance standard; adjust the parallelism.
3. Wait a few seconds before opening the mold
Approach:
The starting speed is slow, check whether the screw damping is too large, and adjust the screw orifice.
The middle hole of the damping screw is too large, check whether the damping of the Y-hole screw is too large, and replace the damping screw with a thin center hole.
4. Crawling
Approach:
The second-plate guide rail and the elder pillar are worn out. Check the second-plate guide and the elder pillar, replace the second-plate copper sleeve and the elder pillar, and add lubricating oil.
Improper adjustment of mold opening and clamping speed and pressure. Set flow rate of 20 and pressure of 99. The second plate of mold clamping should not crawl. Adjust the flow proportional valve hole or pilot valve hole and adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.
There is air and exhaust in the pipe and cylinder.
5. The mold cannot be opened
Approach:
Increase the mold opening and clamping speed. The pressure flow is too small and not adjusted properly. Check the mold opening and clamping speed and whether the pressure is appropriate. Increase the mold opening and clamping pressure and speed.
The zero position of the mold-locking electronic ruler changes, check whether the mold-locking straightening machine ends at the zero position after twisting, and readjust the zero position of the electronic ruler.
Check whether the hinge is reversed.
6. In automatic production, mold adjustment will become tighter or looser
Approach:
Internal leakage of the mold adjusting solenoid valve, check whether the solenoid valve is "O" type;
Check whether there is any mold adjustment action during other actions manually, and check whether the valve is stuck.
7. When other actions are working after the mold is locked, the mold is opened slowly and automatically
Approach:
If the oil control plate leaks, check or replace the express clamping valve and replace the oil control plate.
If the mold opening valve leaks, turn on the oil pump and terminate the mold clamping. Press the injection table or glue injection to see if the second plate moves back, and replace the mold opening oil valve. Normally, it does not move when opening and locking the mold.
